Tasty sandwiches. Be sure to try the whole wheat bread or lettuce wraps too.

Subs so fast you'll wait around for a few minutes. That should be this location's slogan. Don't get me wrong, it is fast food, and the delivery is usually within about 15 minutes, but when you are getting take out from the counter, it is one of the slower franchise I have been to. That being said, they are the best sub shop around. The bread is fresh and amazing, the ingredients are top-notch, and the pickles take the cake. If you haven't been here before, try a 12 with bacon or a 9 with pep. I think you'll be a fan...just don't expect to freak.

First and last time I will go to this place. Maybe it was what I ordered but I expected a lot more when you say "gourmet Sandwiches" at a minimum I expect your bacon to be cooked on premises. I ordered a BLT (easy and classic) bacon was pre-cooked and there were four slices on top of some shredded lettuce and three slices of tomato. When handed the sandwich it was light as air when I opened it I was shocked couldn't see anything but bread. Ordered the "combo" which included a bag of chip and a medium drink at a discount of .10! Price was over $9 expected more for that cost. Pros - Fast Cons - nothing special

This place is super fast and they also deliver super fast. I went there to eat there and the staff is very friendly and your order gets placed and given to you really fast. They are good sandwiches and the bread is good. Nothing fancy, just right.

Good, simple sandwiches and like the commercials boast, they are FAST! My sandwich has been done before I finished paying lol. Delivery is quick too. They keep the menu you pretty simple. I wish they had a few more side options though. I'm not into the chips or cookies they offer so I usually just stick with a sandwich and drink. I also didn't realize they had a drive through until recently. It's hiding in the back!

The food they usually serve is good, the bread tastes amazing But for being "known" for freaky fast delivery they are pretty slow. 8 of 10 times you order from them it will take around 30 minutes, but those last 2 times it will be fast Try the chocolate chip cookies they have white chocolate and regular chocolate chips in them

I've only been here 2 or 3 times but I always had a positive experience. The employees make you feel welcome when you walk in and they all have have a good attitude. The subs are good -- but not great. There's just something missing. More veggie and dressing options, maybe? What they really have going for them is the speed. They're FAST! You can get a better sub at Publix at about the same cost, but you won't be in and out like you are at Jimmy John's. I just wish they delivered to more areas...

Good sandwiches, HOWEVER do they not know how to read??? They want to charge extra to get cheese but forget to put it on, also I asked for onions and they did not put that on either. Had I asked for EZ lettuce I would have had one shred, the REG looked EZ to me! Their saying on there website says " let's be honest my sandwiches ain't gonna look this pretty but they be tasty" is true how honest is it to charge extra for items and not give it to us. Last but not least when you call to explain this they have attitudes and want to say " i made it how you ordered it online , it had one slice of cheese" and they only replace them if there is a mistake, how will I do so if im on lunch already at work and only have 30 minutes to eat???? Looks like i should have stuck with publix's subs instead.

I was truly impressed with how friendly their staff is. This was my first visit so I really didn't know what to expect. I has the #3 which was roast beef mayo tomato. I added cheese. It was really good, way better than Subway. The bread seemed a little old, but not terrible either. As I enjoyed my sandwich I secretly wished that it was hot or at least had the option to be warmed.

subs were awesome!!! fresh veggies and meats... and when delivered the delivery guy was outstanding!!!! polite with my kids around, good humor and overall good personality.... will defiantly recommend to friend and family!!! keep up the good work!!!

Great bread. But the overall quality of the sandwich was ok.

I enjoyed a turkey lettuce wrap, no bread & yummy! The restaurant itself was nice and clean. The service was excellent (for fast food) and they were fast in making our food. Overall I would go back and recommend it :)

The service was fast, but I didn't enjoy the sandwich that I had. neither did my co-worker. We stopped in for a quick lunch and regretted it. I left half of it. Maybe I'm just used to Parisi's in Little Italy or Vito's in the Bronx. Sorry, I can't honestly say I would eat here again.

Nice and simple sandwiches, nothing fancy. One thing for sure, the delivery is quick!

Friendly staff, quick service. My favorite subs are the tuna and vito.

  • Ryan E.

It's fast. It's fresh. It's not gourmet (but they admit that). As a vegetarian, I have only one option on the menu - well two if you count the "deluxe" version of the vegetarian sandwich. It's really simple, kind of like you would make at home, but done fast and done right. The staff are always friendly too. I think what draws me back is really the speed of their service. I know if I'm coming back and passing by, or running into Home Depot next door, I can run in and be out in a minute. It's a good sandwich, but nothing special.

Really fast food! Literally!! I usually order take out "Italian Night Club" and they deliver so fast your head will spin. I'm talking within 10 minutes of ordering my food is already delivered to me and I'm eating. Can't say I've ever actually eaten inside, as I always order delivery but as a review for the food, I would definitely recommend for a good sub. Their bread is amazing, I don't know how they make it but I could eat just the bread! 5 Stars.

  • Javi B.

Their slogan is "subs so fast you'll freak" it's true! I work at the hospital near by, and whenever I order a sandwich it's here within 10 minutes. I usually get the Italian night club on 7 grain bread $6.99, taste great and its a man sized sandwich. If you do order for delivery or take out, use the app for the iPhone it's very quick and efficient. Overall good sandwich joint for a chain restaurant. They get a strong 5 stars from me just for the speed of delivery.

Subway is a ten compared to this joke of a sandwich shop Any one who gives them any more than one star apparently has no idea of what a good sub shop is, and anyone who returns Is an idiot. I think giving them one star is an over rating Gourmet does not mean 1. We only have provolone 2. What is horseradish sauce and no, we don't have it. 3 all meats presliced and measured. 4. It may be 6 inches but half the width. 5 you get one slice of meat. 6 oh you want a piece of cheese on that? It will be a dollar The reason they may be fast, it wasn't when I was there, is there is nothing inside the roll.

Good Subs bad attitudes, the hourly pay must be very bad. Particularly this skinny black punk wearing a different shirt than the rest of the miserables, with that attitude he's probably a team lead or something. Either way they have shitty attitudes.

  • Jessica A.

Now I know why they offer really fast service? They expect you to help out in the process by bagging your own take out food! Service seemed to be bothered when I initally walked in.... Mind you there was no one else there! When I was called up that my order was "done" they were still wrapping up my sub when they first handed me a paper bag and then placed my sub on top. Seeing as I was a newbie to this location I hesitated when the server looked at me yet again with a bothered face and pushed the items to me. I have never been to a place that doesn't bag your take out food?! Not even Burger King or McDonalds! I gave it 3 stars solely on the sub being very good.

Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches at the speed of light. That's probably its best feature. I found that it was too expensive though. The sandwiches were alright, definitely better than Subway but nothing out of this world.

    (3)
  • Sean M.

Food is alright, but almost everytime I buy a sandwich here, they always ask me if I want cheese. Once in a blue moon I will say yes provolone, and when I bite the sandwich there is no cheese. This has happened twice here.

I really want to like this place more but I was totally let down after getting takeout here. I walked into a pretty busy store with tons of employees running around. After reading the toppings list and seeing the options were kinda minimal compared to other places, I was a little disappointed. I went with the gargantuan (the biggest sub on the menu). Given it was almost ten dollars, you would think hot peppers would be free, nope they are extra. The sub itself was alright, kinda small for nine dollar sandwich and meats on the sub could have had more flavor. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back to Jimmy Johns. I found they were lacking flavor and options. I also found myself carrying my leaking gargantuan back to my car without a to-go bag. I had gargantuan mess!

2.5 Stars to be exact. The one thing that was really impressive was the speed at which my sandwich was prepared. By the time my card was swiped for payment, the sandwich was done. How did they do that? The quality of ingredients seemed fine but overall nothing stands out to me as memorable. Also, as mentioned in reviews of other locations there is very little seating inside the restaurant and as a result I don't recommend for groups. Next time I am in the mood for a fast food submarine sandwich I probably will go elsewhere. There are many better franchised lunch options in the area.

I ordered a club lulu and it was okay compared to what I usually get. The mayo sucked and turkey not tasteful. Smoked bacon was awesome though!

What in the world was that? My wife and I just ordered two subs because we are going on vacation tomorrow and don't have any food in the house. She ordered the "BLT." I ordered the "Vito." I ordered for delivery over the phone. Had a little trouble there because the "kid" (and yes, he sounded about eleven years old) had trouble using his words. I give them one star because they did send some food to my house with napkins in the bag. I would give them negative two stars if I could. Other than that, THESE WERE NOT SUBS!!!!! THAT WAS NOT "FRENCH BREAD!!!!" THAT WAS NOT A "GOURMET" SANDWICH!!!! MY MAMA WOULD LAUGH AND SLAP ME IN THE FACE IF I CALLED THAT A SANDWICH!!!!!!! That was some cheap old sandwich meat and cheese, sliced as thin as you could possibly slice it. I'm talking see-through here. Take a hard, flat, half-risen roll (Publix makes way better than this, heck two pieces of Wonder Bread would have been better), place on see-through meat and cheese, throw on five little shreds of lettuce, then add three little slices of a roma tomato. Everyone knows you don't put roma tomatoes on a sandwich, especially one called a "Vito." The bacon on my wife's "sub" was so thin and tasteless that you couldn't even tell it was bacon. How did this business ever become a national chain? I see that they started by selling to college students, hungry in their dorms, with nothing but saltines and mustard to eat. That might explain it. Or, maybe if you're just too lazy to get up off the couch and make yourself an nice sandwich, then go ahead and order from this little gem of a business. Trust me, your mother does not want you to eat one of these sandwiches, nor does she want to eat one herself. The best thing about the meal I got from these bozos was the napkin I used to wipe any remnants of that dried up old "french" bread off my mouth. No wonder this country is going down the toilet with businesses like this making it. Make your own sandwich, or ask your own mama to make one for you. It'll be a hundred times better than these "gourmet" subs.

Mmmm! Beach club with alfalfa sprouts!! I am never disappointed when I come here! Their sandwiches are seriously gourmet like they say, and absolutely delicioso!!! Not to mention they do make the subs super fast. I give this place two thumbs up!

Fresh ingredients, soft bread. Anything tastes great with mayonnaise! Had the tuna and turkey subs. Enjoyed them, I would come back again. Chips were kettle style. Located next to the farmers market.

it is truly one of the fastest place i have ever gotten a sandwich at!! with that said, be sure to let the cashier know any special request because the sandwich person is standing there and starts on it as soon as they hear the # you are asking for.... we had the #5 - Vito - this is their Italian meats sandwich. it is on a nice tasting white bread hoggie style bun with Genoa salami, provolone cheese, capicola, onions, lettuce, tomato and a nice tasting Italian vinaigrette and the nice hot peppers they have - not too hot but do bring a nice kick to the sandwich. a very down side for us is that all the sandwiches are cold - no hot ones..had it with some chips. place for us was ok - reminded us of a home packed lunch you would do for a school field trip (and be the envy of all your friends)... not a place when seeking a nice hot sandwich thou.... not bad for a cold one.... people sure nice, service super good, place was clean as a whistle....

I had a really interesting experience at this Jimmy John's located on Hiatus and Pines (by far one of the most commercially congested intersections in the western Broward county!). I was a JJ virgin prior to my adventure. I had never been, so here I am standing like a bozo staring at their menu. I was expecting "gourmet" as they tout, but gourmet they are not. Gourmet for me are cheeses such as manchego, mozarella, pecorino, etc. as well as ingredients like prosciutto, applewood bacon, grilled veggies, etc. To their defense, though, they own up to this schtick indicating it's just a gimmick to lure customers in (as stated on their over sized menu posted against a whole wall). I was disappointed to find out that they only have two types of bread: a "french baguette" (which to me is just plain hoagie bread) and sliced wheat bread. I mean, can't you offer us more selections? Even your competition, Subway, offers more choices! Honey oat, please, hello!! I know I am being a bitch, but honestly where's the selection, people? MOST IMPORTANTLY, if all you take from my review is just one little tidbit, it would be this: provide more seating! i was left to stand for about 3-5 minutes by the trash waiting for someone to vacate a space in this fully occupied hole in the wall. Not one open seat. I began getting a bit anxious because the more I stood there the more people realized that I do not have a place for myself. It began to grow more and more obvious to all of us that there was no space to spare. Fortunately for me, as I was about to pull up an empty chair to eat on my lap (next to the trash!), I was invited to sit with an 8 person party that took up easily three tables of the whole place. Needless to say, there was plenty of space for lil' ol' me, and I couldn't have been happier! To be thrust upon a table of people you don't know is definitely a lot of unexpected social pressure, but, fortunately for me, they were my age and rather friendly. Turns out they work for the baseball team Florida Marlins! I digress, but Jimmy John's strives to be exciting, but truthfully I feel they fall kind of flat. PS - Apparently, they have the fastest delivery. I would be curious just for the sake of it to test if this is true or not!

Jimmy John's is at the top of the fast food sandwich chain food chain, so to speak. Read: it's very good. This location is one of the best ones I've visited outside the midwest. The staff is friendly, the service is super-fast, and there is always an employee working the floor to keep things clean. High quality meats and fresh baked bread make for really tasty subs. I've never had a single sub here where anything seemed less than completely fresh. (I say that because it's not true of most other sub chains.) They serve a variety of cold subs, chips, and Coke products. They greet you when you enter and leave (in a more sincere and less loud manner than say, Moe's). The parking here is usually pretty busy and a bit narrow, but I've never not been able to find a spot. (And there's plenty of nearby parking in the rest of the shopping center.) All in all, this is one of the better locations of one of the best sandwich chains.

It's a good sub shop but not to die for. I think their strength is in their delivery and drive-thru. I know that I'd much rather get a big ole hoagie than some greasy fast food. If I have time, I'd rather head to Publix.
